kerala plus two exam latest news: Kerala Plus Two exam 2021: Valuation postponed, new date later

NEW DELHI: Kerala general education department on Friday announced that the paper valuation of the second year higher secondary examination scheduled to commence on May 5 has been put off indefinitely. The revised date will be intimated later.

“The valuation of second year higher secondary examination scheduled for May 5 has been postponed. The fresh dates will be announced later,” secretary, Kerala board of higher secondary examinations said in a notice.

Kerala plus two examinations commenced on April 8 and concluded on April 26. The Board exams were conducted adhering to strict health protocol and intense precautionary measures. The education department had made special facilities for Covid-positive candidates and candidates in quarantine to take examinations in every centre.

Meanwhile, the general education department has postponed the plus two higher secondary and vocational higher secondary practical examinations because of the steep rise in covid 19 cases in the state. Fresh dates for the practical exams will be issued later.
