Market has more jobs for consumer insight analysts

With customers being the core of any business enterprise, studying customer preferences, needs and behaviours is critical in formulating successful operational and marketing strategies. As a result, companies require tech-savvy customer insight analysts (CIA) to make sense of vast quantities of customer data they collect on a constant basis.

“The interpretations and findings of CIA lay the foundation for a tailored business model. Given that data is the sole currency of business for a CIA, these professionals must inadvertently possess a deep understanding of data science and analytics in order to perform their critical functions and derive meaningful consumer insights,” says Sonya Hooja, COO and co-founder, Imarticus Learning.
